Men’s health information, and supplement reviews that show you the label.
We publish plain-English guides on prostate health, testosterone, blood sugar and men’s weight loss — and independent analysis of the supplements sold for them. For every product we list the ingredients and the doses, compare each dose against the amount used in published research, and say plainly what we could not verify. No brand pays for coverage.

Our Standard
How Every Review Is Built
The same four-step protocol, applied identically to every product — documented in full in our Review Methodology and governed by our Editorial Policy.
Find the real seller
These products are sold through many look-alike domains that list different formulas. We follow the checkout to confirm which page is the authorised retailer, and we build the review from that page — not from whichever site ranks highest.
Publish the label
We list every ingredient with its amount and the date we checked it. Where the seller publishes no Supplement Facts panel, we say so rather than estimating. Any figure taken from a third-party label image is labelled as such.
Compare every dose to the research
Each amount is set against the dose used in published studies of that ingredient. This is where most formulas come apart — the headline ingredient is often present at a fraction of the researched amount.
State what we could not verify
We do not run clinical trials and we do not publish customer quotes we cannot trace to a dated, checkable source. Where no published trial of the finished product exists, we say so. Ingredient-level evidence is not evidence that a product works.
