About Men’s Health Authority

What this site is

Men’s Health Authority reviews supplements sold to men over 40 — prostate, testosterone, sleep, blood sugar, energy. It is written by one person, Malkiat Singh, who is not a doctor. Every review starts with the actual Supplement Facts panel and compares the dose in the bottle against the dose used in published human research. The site earns affiliate commissions, and publishes negative verdicts on products it earns from.

Correction — 4 September 2026

An earlier version of this page attributed the site to “James Carter, Lead Health Researcher”, with “over 8 years of experience”, and claimed “40+ years of combined research team experience” and “200+ men’s health supplements independently reviewed.”

James Carter does not exist, there is no research team, and the numbers were not real. A companion page also listed a fictional “Dr. David Mitchell, Medical Reviewer.” All of it has been removed. This page now says who actually runs the site and what it actually does.

Why This Site Exists

Supplements aimed at men over 40 are sold in one of the least honest corners of the internet. The pattern is familiar: a long sales page about a mechanism nobody has tested, a formula whose doses are either hidden or a fraction of what the research used, testimonials from people who do not exist, and a review site that repeats all of it in exchange for a commission of a hundred dollars or more.

The gap this site tries to fill is narrow and unglamorous: somebody reading the label properly. Not testing the product — we have no laboratory and we do not pretend otherwise — but doing the comparison that the marketing depends on nobody doing. What is actually in the bottle, at what amount, and what dose did the studies use?

That comparison is where most of these products come apart. A prostate formula whose only prostate ingredient sits at a quarter of the studied dose. A sleep formula with no melatonin in it. A metabolic ingredient at a hundredth of the amount that produced the published effect. None of that requires a laboratory to find. It requires reading the panel and looking up the research.

What We Do and Do Not Do

  • We do record the Supplement Facts panel, price tiers and guarantee terms as published on a stated date, and tell you to confirm at checkout.
  • We do compare every meaningful ingredient against the dose used in published human trials, and report the gap.
  • We do flag drug interactions and the situations where the symptom needs a doctor rather than a capsule — even though saying so costs us sales.
  • We do not test products in a laboratory or commission third-party testing.
  • We do not run consumer panels, trials or cohorts, and we never claim to have done.
  • We do not publish customer testimonials we cannot verify, star-rating markup, or numeric scores.
  • We do not have a medical reviewer. Nothing here is checked by a clinician, and nothing here is medical advice.

The full method, including how we classify a seller’s claim against actual evidence, is on our review process page.

Who Writes It

Malkiat Singh is the founder and editor, and writes and signs every review. He has spent the past two years building independent supplement review sites and is based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. He holds no clinical qualification — he is not a doctor, pharmacist, dietitian or researcher.

More detail about who does what, and what this site deliberately does not have, is on the team page.

How We Make Money

Affiliate commissions. If you buy through a link here, the seller may pay us a percentage at no extra cost to you, and in this category that is often more than $100 on a multi-bottle order. You should factor that in when you read anything on this site.

The check on it is that the reasoning is shown on the page. Every review lists the doses, the studies and the gaps, so you can disagree with our conclusion and still use the facts. And several reviews here tell you plainly not to buy the product they link to — that is the arrangement working as intended rather than a lapse.

Est. 2026. This is a young site, rebuilt in August and September 2026 after an audit of its own content found fabricated testimonials, invented staff and a scoring system that implied measurements nobody had taken. Those pages have been rebuilt from verified labels, and the corrections are documented on the pages themselves rather than quietly erased.
